We are excited to announce our new Heyworth, IL Business Park.  Located just off Highway 51, this commercial land features exposure to nearly 12,000 vehicles per day.  The Village of Heyworth has recently enacted several tax incentive programs in an attempt to attract new businesses to the area.

We are excited to have broken ground on our Middletown Place project in Mahomet!  Located in the Conway Farm Subdivision, this project sits between the Churchill Retail Center and Middletown Elementary School.  Over the next few months, we will be posting updates as we progress toward the completion of this project.  We are providing a unique viewpoint of the development process, as well as introducing a significant new addition to the Mahomet community.

Our New Office at Sangamon on Main

Tabeling Development Company has several new projects that we are excited to begin.  In order to become more involved in the community, we have decided to show our progress through vlog threads.  In the coming weeks, we will be posting announcements and updates regarding projects in Mahomet and Heyworth.  We are excited to get these projects underway!

Our first vlog details our recent renovation of Sangamon Elementary School into our new office complex, Sangamon on Main.  This 40,000+ square foot building lies in the heart of Mahomet, the fastest-growing city in Central Illinois.
